By using Lottery Check you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Lottery Check is a lottery-results checker. It scans or accepts manually-entered lottery tickets that you already purchased from authorized retailers and compares the numbers against published drawing results. The app does not sell lottery tickets, does not facilitate the purchase of tickets, and does not accept payments. We are not affiliated with any lottery operator.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lottery Check. By creating an account, you confirm that you are an adult and legally permitted to participate in lottery activities in your jurisdiction.
Prize amounts shown in the app are estimates derived from public drawing data. They may be inaccurate, delayed, or out of date. Before claiming any prize, you must verify the winning numbers, prize tier, and amount with an authorized lottery retailer or the official lottery operator. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the app's output.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, email support@lottery-check.com. We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours.
We screen Pool names and invitation messages for prohibited terms at the moment of submission. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We use Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, and email/password — choose whichever is appropriate for you. You may delete your account at any time from Menu → Delete account.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Lottery Check is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of expected winnings, misread tickets, or missed drawings.
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll bump the version and the app will prompt you to re-accept on next launch. Continued use after the prompt constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
