How to delete your Lottery Check account

Per Apple App Store guideline 5.1.1(v), account deletion is available from inside the app and described here for reference.

From inside the app

Open Lottery Check and sign in.
Tap the Menu tab.
Scroll to Delete account.
Read the acknowledgement, tick "I understand this is permanent", then tap Continue.
Re-enter your password to confirm. Sign-in-with-Apple users will be asked to confirm with their device.
Your account is removed immediately. There is no recovery.

What gets deleted

Your user account and credentials.
All refresh and access tokens (you are signed out of every device).
Your ticket history and any results checked.
Your pool memberships and the invitations you sent.
Your profile data (email, name, phone if provided).

What stays

Aggregate, anonymous statistics that no longer link to you (e.g. "total tickets checked this month").
Security audit logs are retained for up to 90 days for fraud-prevention purposes, with your email and IP redacted as a keyed hash (see Privacy Policy §5).

If the in-app flow doesn't work

If you can't reach the in-app delete flow for any reason (locked out of your account, app won't open, etc.), email support@lottery-check.com from the address on the account. We'll process the deletion within 24 hours.

Sign-in-with-Apple users

Deleting your Lottery Check account does not revoke the Sign-in-with-Apple authorization. If you want Apple to forget Lottery Check entirely, also go to iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Sign in with Apple → Lottery Check → Stop Using Apple ID.
